Use a two channel INSERT SNAKE. Plug the TRS connector for each channel into the INSERT jack for the mains in the area above the effects unit. Plug the TIP of each channel of the snake into the input of your effects unit and the RING plug into the output of your effects. The snake has ONE TRS connector and TWO TS connectors per channel.
Assuming the cord is well seated and has power, the power supply has likely failed. Take it in for repair or repair yourself. The power supply is VERY simple. Here is a schematic close to your unit:
The power supply is on page 15 and consists of a simple bridge rectifier, filter and two three terminal regulators that generate +/- 15 volts. Any competent electronics person should be able to repair this.
Buying one is no problem BUT you should NOT have to replace it unless there is a failure within the unit. If there is a failure and you keep replacing it, you MAY be doing further damage within the unit.
