I take it that you put in your own password - if that is the case then the simplest way of doing this is to reset the router to it's factory settings- usually a pin sized hole on one of the sides which you will need to push in for 30 seconds & then reboot and put in your relevant details. Obviously you need to make a note of your ISP's username & password.
