This is a problem that has to do with the wiring of the headset and any attempt to open it up to work with it may damage your headphone further.
It might require you to open up the part that doesn't function and ensure that the wires are properly connected and to make sure they are not jamming one another as this can cause failure in the speakers.
If you are able to go through the wiring and there is nothing wrong, it is therefore the speaker at that part of the headset that is not working and has probably exceeded it's lifespan and needs to be changed.
If you do not want to go through all these stress, you can send it to a technician.
