Try to install new version of PC suit.You can get it from here Nokia PC Suite 7.0.8.2 - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com.I do use this in my pc.Thanks .Good luck

Try this steps :
- Download the themes file, like from here :

http://www.umnet.com/mobile-themes/0-2974-0-LG_themes_240x400-0

- Connect phone to PC
- If your PC Suite have direct application installer, you can double click the themes file to direct installation
- If your PC suite don't support it, you can do it manually. Copy the theme files to certain folder in your phone memory.
- Disconnect phone from PC
- Open File Manager in folder where you saved the themes file.
- Click the file > option > install.
- Done, check your Themes folder, click your new theme to apply

steps to be followed to connect the 3110c nokia mobile net to pc -

1 . install an antivirus, update it & scan the pc

2. install the pc suite . http://en.kioskea.net/download/download-1092-nokia-pc-suite

3. restart the pc after installation & connect the mobille to the pc , check if the mobile gets detected in the pc

4 . if the mobile is detected in the pc , u can use net by creating a new set up in internet optons .
