Question about GE Washing Machines
I have a GE model #WBSE20900WW top load washer. Washer will fill and thats it. When it should start to agitate I hear a buzzing noise for about 15 seconds before it shuts off. If I advance the time it does nothing but it will drain the water from the tub. Do I have bad motor.
Sounds like a bad motor. It's likely shutting off from it's internal thermal switch. Try unplugging the motor's molex connector and replugging it, it could also be a loose connection.
