This is mostlikely a convergence problem. If you can solder, you should be able to fix this yourself. Try resoldering the pins of hte convergence ICs first. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the ICs. These will be large black ICs attached to a heatsink and should be marked STKxxx. Please note that there are potentially dangerous high voltages present inside the set even when unplugged.
