Question about ACCO Brands Kensington Wall/Auto/Air Laptop Power Adapter with USB Power Port (33403US) 90-Watt Power Supply
I have been using a Kensington k33403 power adapter for my laptop for the past few months, howeer today the power block started beeping and no power was being supplied to the laptop... I have not done anything differant to normal, and cant see why it would have a problem. Any help would be gratefully received!
I have the same model. I pinched the cord from the from the supply to the notebook. The cord looked ok from the outside, but was damaged internally. I called Kensington support and they sent out a referb unit at no cost using only the serial number to validate the date of manufacture. The company has a two year replacement policy from purchase date, but if you lose your receipt they came go by maufacture date. give them a call.
