Cannot copy two side.paper always jam

Are you sure there is not something blocking the paper going inot the duplexer. I've had one of the fuser separation claws fall off and block the path. Now if that is not the case then check to make sure some of the sensor arms don't have paper cuts in them. This will cause an intermittent delay jam. Jam codes in service mode will also help.

Hi, Hope you can help, A CP 6015 jams on dupex 2nd side on entrance to fuser,it looks like something to do with pressure roller release mechanisum as when released an actuator moves across fuser entrance,...

The document I was thinking of referred to fuser wrap jams. I did some quick checking of duplex jams though and this might give you some guidance to check for.

These errors refer to jams when repicking to print side 2.

Cause Solution The spring of the duplexing media-repickup-sensor lever is unhooked Check the spring and place it in the correct position. The duplexing media-repickup-sensor lever is damaged Replace the duplexing feed unit. Poor contact of the duplexing media-repickup-sensor connector Reconnect the connectors of the duplexing media-repickup sensor (J1945), intermediate (J1909, J1950) and the DC controller PCA (J4105). The duplexing media-repickup sensor is defective Check the duplexing media-repickup sensor by the sensor monitor mode. If the sensor is defective, replace the duplexing feed unit. Poor contact of the duplexing repickup-motor connector Reconnect the connectors of the duplexing repickup motor (J1771), intermediate (J1908, J1939, J1941) and the duplexing driver PCA (J4104). The duplexing repickup motor is defective Replace the duplexing feed unit.

Ricoh 1045 false jam

"Z" is the duplexer as I'm sure you are aware. Have you swung it away from the machine and ALSO lifted up the black guide (with blue handle) to check behind it?
Have you also, just opened the upper cover of the duplex unit on the right side of the machine (without swinging the entire unit away from the machine)? If there is actually no paper stuck in it then there may well be a switch that has become dislodged, and you'll need to call somebody...OR, you could disconnect the duplexer:
Turn off main power (red button), and remove the connector cover for the duplexer (towards back of machine at bottom of duplexer), by removing 1 x phillips screw. Unplug connectors, and turn machine back on. You won't be able to duplex but the machine should work.

Good luck, and please rate my solution

False jamming at duplex unit

Sounds to me like a paper jam switch has either become dislodged, or malfunctioned...you'll need a tech.

actually u hv not putted ur pblm correctly...
paper is jamming in ur machine but fm which tray u r taking paper...
n e way ...
1..if paper is comming fm down trays (i.e. 1,2,3,..or4) , try to clean the Pickup rollers of rubber material (at down side to the duplex tray or upside to the each tray) with some water and smooth cloth
2..if paper is comming fm bypass section then ur bypass pickup roller must be cleaned like above, or it must be replaced...
....try this and then also if not solved then place ur question again in detailed..
