Power off phone. Press and hold Green, * and 3 and keep them held whilst powering on and for a few seconds after, if kept pressed this formats without asking for Security Code confirmation.

NOTE! This erases all your own data on the phone!

The phone should then accept the default lock code of 12345 when re-flashed

Barring password is different thing its not a responsible for mobile accessing code. Its all of depends of ur sim operator just ask ur operator like this what is our barring password ? then ur operator if they doesn't tell that. U can take ur sim operator not available of this service... or u can try this 0000 This code is accept from bangladesh or also u can try .
N.B. Barring password use by different countries of differrent operator and differrent password .

How can a handset be barring enabled ? It's enabled or disabled by SIM card. Only service provider have this option of barring. If default barring code 0000 not working, please go to your nearest service providers office. They will give you the one and only solution. No one in there can solve this problem. So don't waste time.

Free unlock codes for nokia mobiles
http://www.gsmliberty.net/shop/nokia_unlock.php
1. With the sim card inside the handset
2. Key #pw+129022718795152+1# (The p w and + symbols are found by keying the * key twice for the + symbol, three times for ‘p’ and four times for ‘w’)
3. The handset should then display “Sim restriction off” which means it is unlocked.--

.NB. If the handset fails to unlock, then please do not attempt to enter any sequence more than twice, as you will risk permanently blocking your handset. "

How to Unlock Your Nokia Cell Phone
Typically when you purchase a cell phone, the company that sold you the phone (ex: AT&T) 'locked' the phone before you bought it, so you can only use it on their network. This means that you can't use your phone on any other network, even if you change the SIM (which is an abbreviation for Subscriber Identity Module) card. The SIM card is the little piece of plastic that identifies your phone to the cellular network. Changing your SIM card to have your phone work on another network is useful especially if you want to travel to another country and want to buy a pre-paid SIM card so you can have cell phone access without roaming charges. There are services that offer to provide unlocking capabilities for a fee, but don't pay for them! You can do it yourself for free, which is the perfect price.

    window.google_render_ad();

Before trying anything else, contact your service provider and ask for an unlock code. Usually, if you've been a customer of theirs for some time, they will provide you with an unlock code for free. This is, by far, the best way to get your phone unlocked.

    1. Download software to generate the unlocking code. Software is available on some websites for free and some pay websites that also offer support if things go wrong. See external links below.
    2. Find the Serial number of the cell phone, also known as your IMEI number. This can be done by either removing the back of your cell phone and looking underneath the battery, or simply by typing in *#06# into your cell phone. It should be something like: 010082321439976/07951780736
    3. Using the software you have downloaded, enter in your Manufacturer (which is in this case Nokia), and sliding the card out. Put the battery back in and power the phone on.
    4. You will see a message "Insert SIM Card". Enter all of the characters you see in your code, including the # symbols. To get a 'p' press * 3 times, to get a '+' press the * key 2 times, to get a 'w' press the * key 4 times. Disregard any spaces in the code.
    5. In order to unlock your phone you generally need to enter only one code. Start with the first one. If your phone is not unlocked by typing the first code (MCC+MNC), use code "7" (Multilock)
    6. Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see a message that says "SIM is not restricted" or "Restriction off" message depending on your model. If not, try entering another code. Message "Cannot undo restrictions" means the phone is "hard-locked" and cannot be unlocked by code.

    • Unlocking applies to all cellular phones. The steps provided above work for GSM phones. You CANNOT use the steps above to unlock a CDMA or TDMA phone. To "unlock" a CDMA or TDMA phones is known as reprogramming the phone. For CDMA phones, you need the Master Subsidary Lock or MSL, which you MAY be able to get from your service provider. Please note that you may not be able to get the MSL from your service provider, as it usually is against company policy to give these to customers.
    • Switch off the phone. Hold the keys "3", "*" and "Call" and switch the phone on. Keep the buttons held down till you see the word "Formatting..." on the screen. Make sure that the battery is full charged before you attempt this. This should reset the phone lock code.
    • If you want to avoid the hassle and sometimes "waste of time" in trying to persuade your cell phone provider to give you an Unlock code or trying to use free software that is out dated and only works on old cellphones,
    • You can purchase an unlock code from a trusted source www.FreeYourCellphone.com
    • Most phones only allow you to try a certain number of unlock tries, Nokia phones have a limit of 5 tries. After that, the phone becomes "hard-locked", meaning it cannot be unlocked without using special equipment.

    • Most of the newer phones will not work with the codes generated by the free unlock programs.

The call barring password has nothing to do with the handset. It is SIM / Network Provider related.

Hi,

Thank you for choosing Fixya.com..

The barring password is issued by the operator. You will have to get the necessary information from the seller of the phone. Otherwise you can try call barring password "0000" unless changed by the owner.
There is no barring feature for txts i dont think, unless someone created one but its not a feature built into the phone.

    Hello their again,

Normally with a subscriber controlled block it does not go to the announcement but displays 'Note: call barrings and triple tone is heard. Looks like you have an operator lock on your phone i.e. your phone is suspended.
If you resets the barring password it will not remove the actual outgoing video call barring but enable you as a subscriber to control subscriber controlled barring i.e you will still need to enter #33*1111# (remove all outgoing barring video call included)

You need to wait until 24 hour period but sometimes it will include week end.

Just try to call your operator to unblocked your mobile.

Hope we give you a good advice fixing your problem.

Hi there.
Restore the phone to factory settings, go into the menu and choose "settings" scroll down and select "reset factory settings" it will ask you for a code, the default code is 12345, make sure you back up any pics or vids on the phone before factory restore because it will be deleted, after that update the firmware on the phone.
Hope this helps

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!!

Please enter #33*1111# to remove outgoing call barring on your phone.

    Soft reset code *#7370#

    Hard reset code *#7780#

If the hard format code mentioned above does not work, try the following manual method to hard reset/format Nokia N95:*Turn off the mobile device. Then press and hold "3", the "Green button" and "*" - Turn on and keep holding the keys until the mobile phone restarts and prompts you to enter details.

Else you need to flash your firmware.

    Thanks

SOURCE: nokia n95 provider call barring

You'll need PIN2. If that doesn't work then phone is reported lost/stolen and is blacklisted, ie phone wont work, but still can be used as music player...

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
