Hi there!

thanks for using!!

I suggest, try to change your battery to anew one. then charge it, if you are still facing the same problem, check the charger (but make sure you are using compatible and original charger ok?).

If you are experiencing the same problem though you are using the original charger, please change your charger to anew one, just to make sure that you do not have any problem with your phone.

then, if the same problem occurs, then perhaps you have a problem with phone itself.

Better, bring it to your technician, to have a better troubleshooting of your phone.

Hope this will help you, a simple solution, with a simple and handy troubleshooting.

Thanks! don't forget to rate me with my solution!

My old 611 dosent hold the battery charge for long even though I have put in a new battery

An in car charger will not charge as well as the mains, when charging for the first time you should use the mains, and charge for at least 8 hours. If it didn't charge correctly, it will be the same low charge all the time, as the battery has a memory that makes it charge the same each time. Try charging from the mains, you might be lucky.

My LG RD 6100 is showing charging but it is not actually charging. After removing charger it is showing that recharge the battery

It is best to get the charger checked with another phone as to confirm the case. In some cases the low regulation within the phone can efffect the charging circuit.
Also cross check the battery as if the battery is weak or had been not charged initially properly then it seems a suspect.

Battery time is very low and on the other hand at a time msgs cannot be sent to many contacts. i have to forward msgs one by one?

First of all i will recommend that you purchase a new battery.
When you do get a new battery make sure to charge for 6 hours with the phone turned off.
Now for the subsequent 3 caharges make sure the phone battery is completely drained (it turns off by itself). Perform this at least once every month.
Note that after the first time charge practice a full charge and trickle charge. This means that you first turn the phone off whiles charging for some time and later turn it on to finish the charging. You can do this from time to time but should not be done always when charging.

When it come to the messaging i will advice you check you messaging settings for more help.

Self charging problem on sonyericsson k800i

check the voltage on the battery contacts, check the charging voltage on the battery terminals of the phone,if low replace adaptor.
If Ok then replace battery and charge, if the battery does not retain the charge then replace battery as it might have developed reverse polarity. If adaptor is ok but charging voltage at terminal is low , check the mother board.

the batteries work on a principle of memory charge. hence if the charging cycle pattern is not followed ie full cycle of charge - discharge, this problem will arise.

you may need to change your battery only if the usage time is very low!
