Question about Samsung SGH-J600 Cellular Phone

BackTrace Mode My phone has frozen on backtrace more, have taken out sim card, battery etc but nothing works. how do i fix it and take it off this mode. be much appreciated. Samsung SGH-b520v  phone

    It happened to me a few times before and I just took the battery out put it back in and it was good as new

    It has happened to me twice. The first timeI took out the battery and put it back in. I tried it the second time over and over but nothing happens. I can't even charge it or anything.

    I have the same problem.... I have written to samsung and will be talking to the Vodafone suppliers tomorrow.

I have just got my phone back from Samsung via the vodafone outlet - it is a known problem (a software update was needed) and was fixed under the consumer guanrantees act. It was out of warranty and no paper work was required. Thumbs up for Samsung in this instance!

I was txting and then my phone just went to backtrace mode....i tried taking the battery out and the sim but it still didn't can i fix this

When mine did this, I returned it to my carrier and it was replaced as the problem was under warranty and guaranteed. Maybe you will have a similar experience.

Samsung B520 has gone into "backtrace" mode

I have the answer peoples!!!! apparently the guy at the phone shop said that backtrace is a bug that happens to some phones, they dont really know why and its something to do with the configuration needing to be changed. Its still pretty mysterious. What you have to do is just take your phone in and they will fix it and give it back to you!
