I purchased this TV on January 5th and it worked great at first. A couple of
weeks went by and one morning I noticed that some of the screen that should be
showing up black in color was a bright red( all other areas of the screen were
normal). I turned off the TV and the next time I turned it on the red had gone
back to black and everything was fine.
It continued to work perfectly
for awhile after that, but then the problem showed up again. Again turning it
off for a while, then turning it back on had fixed it for a bit. It then began
happening more and more frequently, at which point I called in to tech support.
I was told to do several things including resetting the picture mode through the
menu, and unplugging the set and holding the power button down for 25 sec.
None of these suggestions have worked, and now the problem is happening
100% of the time, even after turning it off. The problem occurs on every input
of the TV (cable, dvd, hdmi, ect...) I am becoming very frustrated with this, I
purchased the TV only a month and a half ago and already there are major issues
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hi, I have the same Problem with my HC3. This July the screen started to go funny and then now only works once its fully opend and flipped against the body. the touch screen did not work, As I had tapes to be transfered I needed to get the camera in to play mode and access the menu. I had no choice but to gentnly removed the LCD cover and tightend the connections and the touch screen now started to work. As I move the creen forward the image goes off and once? Looks like its a common problem as I see many having thesame issue. I feel it could be a loose connection inside but cant open and loose whats left working as it is still usable without the screen.
Did anyone find out the solution for this??????? I have the exact same problem with my LG 32 LCD. I only had it for a year and a half, and the green light blinks a few times and it shows no picture. Not even a red light when the tv is off. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago and by some miracle it started working again.
Yes I have the solution, I watched my 32 inch ILO tv and turned it off went to bed and when I got up the next morning it would not come on. So I got out my receipt, called Wal-Mart they would not offer me any help I had purchased this T.V. in December of 2007, since this is January 09 it was just by days past the year mark and Wal-Mart also informed me that they no longer carry this brand due to this problem, I called the company but they more or less laughed and said that it sounds like your going to have to pay a repair bill or purchase a new T.V. So I am a single mother with no extra money, especially 1 month after christmas. There is a fuse on the T.V in plain view, when you slip off the back of the T.V.on the right side, it costed me a hole $2.50 to purchase at my local auto parts store, works like a new one. The fuse was burt black, so this was a cheap and simple solution. Also Beware this rep from ILO also told me that there company makes Manavox, and Zennith so if there making them beware!!!!!!!!!
Problem: Samsung LTM1755B with only a blinking yellow LED when you try to turn it
Solution: I just had one of these come in. I opened it up, and found
the U501 capacitor a little suspicious looking, in that it had a
deformed top. It was a 470uF 16V electrolytic 105degC 10mm x 12mm. I
replaced it with a very good quality 1000uF 16V electrolytic 105degC
10mm x 16mm Nichicon UHN1C102MPD. After that repair, when I tried to
turn it on, the LED was yellow for a second, then green, then I got a
picture, and it appeared to work great. I then asked the owner a week
later how it was working, and they said it was working just like new!
