Hi. Try the troubleshooting on the following page:

http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9068/section/troubleshoot/crid/433/lt_product_id/140/tabs/1,3,2,5/cl/us,en/kw/

If this does not fix it, you may be able to get the remote replaced by Logitech, so I would try giving them a call.

All of the sudden my Logitech wireless keyboard quit working. I changed the batteries, to no avail. I have no idea why it won't work. Rebooting didn't help.

there are two kinds of wireless device connection. you might be using a bluetooth or radio frequency. if its bluetooth you just need to pair it again by pressing the connect button underneath it then your computer should be able to detect it again. if there is a passkey then refer on the keyboard manual. for radio frequency type you just need to press the connect button from the receiver connected through usb then press also the connect button underneath the keyboard to pair them to the computer,

Mouse will not work. I've changed batteries, unplugged and re-plugged the remote device. It will not work. What do I do?

Have you tried pressing reset/connection button on the device? Some Logitech models may have a connection button on the receiver which is plugged into the computer. The receiver button must first be pressed then press the device (mouse or keyboard) reset/connection button. Some Logitech models you will have to go into the Logitech software to start the connection software then press the reset/connection button when prompted.

You should have a small button on the inside of that mouse close to the battery .You will need to press that button to connect to that device you have pluged into the computer. Also make sure the device is connected to the computer.

Connecting logitech wireless ouse and keyboard

I'll take a shot since you didn't give the particular model ... here goes. Check the batteries, keyboard and mouse. It did come with software did it not? Run the software drivers. And if it did not come with a CD with drivers on it look here:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/&cl=us,en
locate your model number and you'll find manuals, drivers, instructions all that info: and continue on, as I gave you my take from memory.
On the bottom of the mouse you may find a little tiny button (I pressed with a pen) that may say connect or reconnect. and too on the bottom of your keyboard look for a similar tiny button. Activate the dongle and put the mouse about six inches away, press that little button and the keyboard's little button. Once is is recognized you should be in working order.
That should do it....please leave rating, thanks

Logitech wireless mouse

First I'd reinstall the CD software that came with the Keyboard and mouse. Then I'd try the following.
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

Also check to see if you have enough memory to run all these functions.
Hope this helps. Bud
