Question about RCA Standard (CRT) Televisions
How can i repair the fluttering sound in my big screen
Try turning the bass down and see if this helps the fluttering. If it does help a little most likely it is a blown speaker. Can replace at radioshack for under 20 dollars. It is hard for me to tell since i am not there to diagnose but also can you do a balace to go completely to the right with bass up and see how it sounds. now with bass up turn the balance to go to left speakers. if you hear fluttering from one side that means a speaker or speakers from the side that is fluttering need to be replaced. i hope this helps and good luck fixing this.
