SOURCE: Heater comes on but quickly over heats.

There is no Filter On this Model. Check to make sure there is Dirt in the Flow way of the two towers. if that is not it the back up fuse in the heater is going bad.

SOURCE: Heater works, but only on Emergency Mode

It sounds like you have a "setback thermostat" A control intended to increase efficiency by allowing the fan to run for an adjustable amount of time after the heater turns off, whether the heater is electric or part of a heat pump. If the "setback" time is too long, the element will cool off and the fan will blow cold air. Try and locate the instructions for the thermostat and see if the "fan run time after heat turn off" is adjustable and reduce it by half. Most emergency heat circuits bypass control circuits (its an emergency, you know), and require manual control.

SOURCE: pilot on, gas fires up, no fan comes on.

Sounds like you are talking about the indoor fan that circulates air through house. Turn the unit off and make sure the fan rotates freely. Next check the capacitor for the fan. If it looks swollen its probably bad. If it doesn't look swollen then you will need a multimeter to check it with. If that's ok then check the fan relay. Let me know what you find.

How do I disconnect heater for 2004 Toyota Highlander?

bypass the heater core. 2 small hoses run from the firewall to different locations on the engine (one should be the thermostat housing. dissconnect one hose from fire wall end, and reconnect it to where the opposite end of the other hose is located, creating a loop that does not include the heater core. The remaining hose (one end still attached to the heater core at the fire wall) should be connected to the opposite connection at the fire wall so it can be re-engaged next winter.

Actual problem seems to be the heat damper valve, which restricts water flow into the heater core, easiest fix is reattach the actuating cable to the valve arm (if this was detached) most costly is replace valve assemble/heater core assembly....

Braemar spectrolink reset error 05

I had the fault code 05 (spectrolink controller) recently on a Braemer TG420 ducted heater. The heater would start and cut out on high temp as the room fan was not starting. I checked under the house and found the cable fitted to the return air thermistor had been chewed. I repaired the section of cabling and restarted the unit and it worked fine. Fault Code 05 is to do with the Thermistor in the return air duct.

Rheem digital gas pool heater fan code

The Fan code would indicate a problem with the combustion air blower. The is a pressure switch to indicate there is sufficent combustion air, and if not then unit shuts down. Either the fan isn't running, or there is an obsturction in the fan or exhaust piping, preventing enough air flow.
cfh would be call for heat, which would be a normal display when water temp is below setpoint

Mr. Heater Natural Gas Garage Heater - 45,000 BTU. Power 120 volt and 24 volt good. Thermostat calling for heat, but nothing happening??

Check for a fuse either in-line or on the circuit board. There should be 24 volts going to the thermostat. If not, you have either a bad transformer or a bad thermostat wire. Jump out the terminals that the thermostat wires are connected to. This should force the unit to fire. If not, bad circuit board.

I need to wire a 24 volt double pole double throw relay to operate a fan in a furnace parrell with a wood stove.

Your problem has really got me interested in what you are attempting to do. So are you looking to diable the FAU while the wood stove is heating or activate the blower motor for the FAU when the wood stove is hot?

My ducted heater is not working. It fires up initially but when it comes time to run the fan it just goes into wait and stays like that. It is a braemar te430. Any ideas?

Sounds like the limit or fa switch. To be sure which one, e- mail the manufacture for wiring diagram or specs. Thank-you-very-much!
