Question about LG WM-2277HW Front Load Washer
Based on your simplified problem description, you could have any number of problems but the first place I would look is in the filter trap via the access door ( near the bottom of the front of the washer unit) Open the access door and make sure the filter canister is tightened into its housing. Similar to a gas cap on your car... You may want to unscrew it and clean out any debris from previous wash loads and then make sure it is seated in all the way., There may be something else loose as well.. there are a few rubber boots that attach to stubs and use hose clamps.. these clamps could be loose or these rubber boots could have been punctured.. You might have water from the inlet fittings leaking... there are numerous potential leak points. You should be able to zero in on where that water is leaking by looking for leaks while it is running. Its more of a challenge if you have the dryer stacked on top. Here is a link to the service manual and that may help you locate and resolve your issue.. Good luck and hope this helps you..
