Flojet water pump #03526144 does not turn off when all the zones are closed.

And there is a crack on the pressure switch. When all the houses are closed water is coming from the pressure switch. I couldnt find the flojet's costumer service number. How and where should I get in touch with them.

SOURCE: pump 30/50lbs pumps up to 50 shuts off pressure drops to 32lbs

Look for a place in the pipe from the pump to the house where an air pocket could form. That will fool the pump.

SOURCE: gould 1/2hp submergible well pump cycles on and

My first thought was that of a water logged tank which causes short cycling, from your notes the tank is good (the tank may be partially water logged though) If the tank is ok and your getting short cycling (and the switch is good) I would guess your check valve down the well has failed. As the pump creates pressure then shuts off the water may be going right back down the well causing the pump to cycle again. This could also account for the poor water pressure as the check valve may be stuck slightly open allowing the system to loose pressure but only allowing a small amount of flow by when running. There could be a leak within the pumps drop-pipe and your loosing pressure through this leak. I expect you'll have to have the pump pulled.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

SOURCE: My water pump stops and starts. the contacts on

A lot of these pumps do have automatic thermal switches built into the motor end cap, Double check that its being fed the name plate voltage and that the voltage doesn't drop when the pump is running (which would indicate a loose or bad connection or just undersized wire in the circuit)

Blue tube on bottom of FloJet beverage pump has air coming out of it when the Co2 tank is turned on.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to Flojet Pumps.

It should come out in puffs when the FloJet is pumping and then stop when it senses pressure. If it is a constant leak. It needs replacing. Co2 is toxic in a closed room. On a beverage pump, your supplier of whatever the beverage is (beer, soft drink syrup) should replace it free of charge.

Flojet 2.9 GPM 50 PSI Water Pump pulses-no steady stream.

Is it whirl-pooling because the water is too shallow? One thing you can do to prevent this is to lay a piece of plywood over it. It will float and keep it from whirlpooling and sucking air.

My flojet 4305 drinking water pump on my boat does not pump as efficiently as in the past - how can I troubleshoot it?

when you close all cocks the pump must stop running after a short while, if not clean inside of pump (diaphragm and valves) and try again. If pump is continuously running try to pump 5 liter water of 70 deg. C if problem is still a continuously runnnig pump there is a electronical problem which can not be repaired or replaced in this modelrange

My flojet pump runs but it pumps no water . It is a 25 gallon sprayer

Sounds to me like it just needs priming (or in other words) the air bled out of it.
Using the force of gravity, force water to run STRAIGHT DOWN from the 25 gal tank, through the gate valve & into the running pump.
While doing this, close the bypass valve slowly until it's about 3/4 of the way shut.
You should begin to hear the sound of the pump begin to deepen as the air escapes.
If you don't, then there may be an air leak somewhere along the hose line, typically at the filter, causing it not to prime.
Correct the air leak, then you'll probably have better luck.

I recommend not running an electric pump like a Flojet for very long when it's not primed. Doing this may overheat it & shorten its lifespan considerably.
