Trying to reinstall 3 computers to a laserjet 2840 network printe
The computers cannot find the printer on the network. We just changed from DSL to AT&T cable. They told me they are not responsible to reconnect the network. I have tried several times and I get the same message on all computers.

It seems that the connectivity b/w the printer and the computer is not through. Is it a wired or wireless printer? When you switched to comcast, did you made any changes to the wired connection with printer?
By "not printing" i'm assuming you mean from the computer. Look at the back of the printer where the network cable plugs into the formatter. You should see a green light. If you don't try a different cable. No light means that the printer isn't talking to the computer. You could have a bad network card or connection. If you are using a USB cable, make sure it is seated correctly.
The problem is not the fuser, is the main motor, you have to change it
A main motor error occurred. X description: 0 = Motor error 1 = Motor startup error 2 = Motor rotation error
1. Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on. 2. Check and reseat the fuser and toner cartridge to make sure they are not hindering gear movement in the drive train. 3. Check the main motor’s cable to ensure that it is seated properly. 4. If the error persists, replace the main motor.
