Question about HP (367799-001) Motherboard
Measured output voltage of power brick to be 18.5v as it should be so laptop is receiving power. No LEDs light up on front, and unit will not power on.
Does this automatically indicate motherboard failure? Is the most likely resolution to replace the entire motherboard assembly?
