It appears your timer/main controller or pressure switch has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question

I have a submersible deep well pump and lately if I run the water for 15 minutes straight it shuts off why.

Grundfos pumps are thermally protected by a bi-metal strip temperature switch. Your pump is overheating. Typical cause of this is operating to near the shutoff head pressure. Try reducing the discharge pressure by increasing the flow rate.

Property well is dry

Are you saying you well is not pumping water. If so it may not be the well it could be the water level has dropped down and you need to add a length of pipe to it or the foot valve on the end of the pipe that lets the water in to be pumped up is plugged. What type of pump is on the well is it a shallow well pump or a deep well pump usually the deep well pumps are outside and down in the well casing. The pump may of lost its prime and it will just run and not pump water or if there is a air tank on the system it may just need air in the tank, when the tank gets low on air you won't have to much pressure when you turn the water on. Let me know.

I have a submersible Gould pump in a well. Recently air is getting into my system and coming out as irregular spurts. I replaced the water storage tank and the check valve, and the problem persists

Sounds like pump is not set deep enough and getting air. If the pump is as deep as it can go you may have to have to screen in the well changed or cleaned with acid pellets.

How does a home well water system work?

Deep well.
Pressure valve located on front of above-ground-storage-tank will turn pump on-off depending on amount of water pressure inside tank.
When water is consumed inside home, the pressure valve responds to the lower pressure and closes electrical contacts... sending electricity to water well pump located deep underground.
The pump turns on and lifts water through a pipe into the above ground storage tank.
When the tank is full of water, the pressure valve senses the higher pressure and turns off electricity going to pump
Pump shuts off.
There is a one-way check valve on the water line going down to pump, and this keeps water from flowing back down into well.
The above ground tank maintains water pressure for the house.
When pressure is reduced by taking a shower, the pressure valve turns pump on again, and cycle repeats.
