Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
My 18 month old ipod nano is as dead as a dodo - it worked fine this morning, no water damage (I checked the pink thing in the headphone jack) but now the computer won't recognise it, the docking station doesn't recognise it and it won't reset, turn on or do anything - any ideas ?
Hi, Lets try 1 more step.!!!!!!!!!!
Try connecting ur ipod to ur computer..If desktop, then conenct it to USB port at the rear of ur computer....Make sure ur computer is not set to sleep mode or screen saver mode... Charge it for at least 4 to 8 hrs(without a break)... Then try reseting the ipod when it is connected....
Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
Let me know the status????

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
