Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
We've had our Whirlpool Duet for almost 3 years and this problem just started. We thought it was the pump (F21 error), replaced the pump, still getting the error and the washer goes right to drain cycle when started.
This error occurs if the touch-pad/LED assembly is not
able to transmit/receive data to/from the central control
Possible Causes / Procedure
1. Check the touch-pad/LED assembly by selecting
different cycles and changing the modifiers and
options available to confirm the touch-pad/LED is
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check wire harness connections to the
touch-pad/LED assembly and Central Control Unit

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hope this
