You need to replace the motor, you might try to just disconnect the connector, though i had to replace both driver and passenger side motors, this seems to be a common problem with the F150
Chad , using a test light check for voltage at he switch when pressing up or down. If you have voltage, you probally have an open winding in the motor or a dead spot.. [Im serious] Try smacking the lower door with a RUBBER mallet to jar the window motor while hitting the up button. If the motor has failed completly, switching wires will not work.

My 92 f-150 passenger side window motor works, but it will not raise or lower the window. I took the motor out and the motor gear looks good and the teeth on the regulator also look good.
Does anyone know what might be the problem/
thank you fastback, i will try, i dont hear the motor trying to work...so at this point am i safe to assume that the motor is shot ? or is it just jamed? please let me know, thanks again, chad
