Question about Ultra 1 Bay USB 2.0 External Drive Case
Hi, I have a Rock external hard drive and have not used much. One day, I attached the external hard drive on a computer and turned the power on. I heard sound of computer found the new device however, it can not show the icon of this removable drive on my computer. I changed to another USB slot and got a warning signal saying 'USB power exceeded' and asking to use another USB slot, but the same thing occur. Anyone can help me how to fix it.

Well it has been cause a mischief that's for sure. Try dismantling the case to check the connectors but that is about all you can do - if the drive is done then it stays done there is no repair option
