Question about Brother MFC 7420 All-In-One Laser Printer
When ever I make a copy or get a fax or print something, it makes a very loud clicking noise.
There is a flag that is out of place in the printer. Remove the paper tray and you will see 2 flags on the underside of the printer. Power off, remove the toner cartridge and turn the printer upside down. I removed the support bar to get to the flag. You will see the sensors on a small board near the paper rollers. Make sure both flags are in the middle of the sensors. You may have to gently force it back into place. Make sure both flags move freeely. Reinstall the bar, fip printer right side up and install toner back in. Power on and check.
