Question about Canon imageCLASS D760 All-In-One Laser Printer
Canon Imageclass D761. The paper jams right before it can exit the copier. I pull out the toner drum and it appears there is a ''plate'' sticking up slightly and the paper stop against it. My guess is that this ''plate'' is supposed to be underneath something so the paper will pass right over it. Any solutions or comments?
If the plate looks solid, then it's probably right where it should be. It sounds like a sort of ramp that feeds the paper into the fuser.
