Could be a few different things, here are a few:
1) blockage in your freezer door where the ice drops in
2) the metal spiral in your ice tray that pushes the ice toward the door is frozen in place by ice
3) the motor that runs the metal spiral is not working
4) you have a bad circuitboard

Make sure that the bucket is pushed in all the way. If the motor is running the screw should be turning. I would also take the bucket out and try to turn the auger by hand to make sure it is turning free.
Please rate solution if helpful. Thanks
Is the ice maker turned on? The on/off switch is located on the top right side of the freezer compartment. The manual says that there is a sensor beam that passes from one freezer wall to the other to shut off ice making when the bin is full. Check to make sure nothing Is blocking that signal beam and that the bin is correctly installed.
Pull the grill cover off near the floor and look to see if any of the wires have been cut. I found that the grill cover wore on the wires controlling the door functions. First the crushed ice function went, then the water dispenser went. I had splice the wires back together and am leaving the grill cover off. No problems since.
Have the same thing happen a few times. The posted solution is correct, but in the mean time you can thaw the line by heating with a blow dryer inside and outside the door, and around the ice dispenser. This should take about 15 mins.
will it still dispense the whole cube?theres a brass rod under yourice bucket, remove bucket and check that rod, should be spring loaded and have a little bit of action(youll see it move a flap in front of bucket as its twisted, if so make sure the bucket is being reinstlled correctly, try the dispensor w/o the bucket installed at all, open the door trip the switch with one hand and depress the plunger for both crushed and cubed and check for the motor to turn
