I don't think reseting is the right word ...
You need to switch the language.
I'm not sure this is it, but you can try this.
You can do that on the dashboard -> Language and region options. there you have various option on input language, keyboard language and so on. one of the options is the menu and window language, I think that's what you're looking for.
I'm sorry if anything is translated incorrectly, my windows is curently in Slovene and I'm not sure anymore how things are in English ;)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sounds like the language pack isn't installed. The following are the instructions for how to install the Bengali language pack from (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/goglobal/bb688174.aspx):
  1. On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
  2. Click Regional and Language Options, and then click the Languages tab.
  3. Under Supplemental language support, check the language collection(s) you want, and then click OK.
Additional files will be copied to your machine. You may need to provide the Windows XP CD or the network share name.
After reboot, support for new languages will become available.

I want 2 change from Germany language to English language

There is a special bundle pack of Windows2k, XP and 2003 which comes with MUI, 6cd's. That will let you change the language. With language I mean the user interface (buttons, menus, texts...all).

It's co$tly and only for volume licensing and enterprise. your best bet is to get a windows xp cd for the language you want.

Installation of Language Interface Pack

hello
I think you need to unpack the file before you can install it.
go to that folder you downloaded the file and try to unpack the file with winzip or winrar.
then set the new unpacked location for your microsoft language installer.
