Hey guys the problem is a 3 pin 9 volt regulator

ok I have tried to converge the colors many times and even rested the convergance to factory settings and the problem still keeps happening what else could i do?

After plugging the TV in, it normally takes about two minutes for the processor to boot before the light will stop blinking and the TV will turn on.

The power supply will need to be replaced.

If you see separation of colors (red, green) in this wavey line most likely you have problem with convergence circuit. Two convergence amps have to be replaced. They located in a middle of the TV boards attached to big aluminum radiator and they part number starts with letters "STK".
I would recommend to let professional with this repair. Should cost you about $250-$300.
