Your rinse Thermister is shot. Replace the thermister between the fill valve and the solenoid. Also be watchful of the 120V, ensure this is secured as there is two power sources. Is ya good

CON 3 keeps banging away(on off on off)..no heat on rinse cycle sometimes, but when we do it drops off after first load...I am thinking element in the booster tank and or thermostat in booster tank. My inlet water at regulator is 120F..pressure on fill and rinse is at about 19. Changed board in control panel and float/thermometer in machine already as well. As per 2 Hobart service guys, but now thinking its booster tank problems. Unit seems to heat after long time between loads which makes me wonder how many elements in booster, maybe one not good and causing the contactor to open close repeatedly. Or bad thermostat that causes unit to not heat because it thinks its bad. Any help would be appreciated.

both doors are attached to one bar that goes around the back of machine and ther is a spring attached in back corner. the problem is that the doors do not close the same, there is about an inch difference in the doors when they close and sometimes do not hit the switch to start machine

I need to know how much water the rinse cycle uses at a given pressure--for example, 20 psig, or whatever . Does anyone have any data they've measured (or calculated)? I don't have the service manual in front of me as I type this, but I believe the rinse cycle is relatively short, like 10 seconds. THANKS!! Lee
