My lg incite connects itself to the 3g net

I have an lg incite and every 15 minutes or so I have to check it because it just connects itself to the 3g net. Last time it was on for an hour before I realized it was on. How can I stop it from doing that? It started after I set up the xpress mail.

No sound from lg incite

I had this same problem several times. I took a little GUM soft flossing brush (i.e. for teeth) and brushed the inside of the jack in the phone. Then the sound started working properly again.

How to replace lg incite digitizer

Complete instructions on how to tear down the Incite to replace the digitizer. Be aware that most if not all replacement digitizers do not include the adhesive, which is a separate part number. Most people can reuse the existing adhesive, but if not, scrapbook adhesive works.

LG Incite wifi loses connection when using browswer

Find Proxy Manager select <Disable Proxy> and hit <OK>
Proxy Manager is located in the Tools folder
That weird button (four dots with a finger and hand) on the bottom right
Calculator Tab
bottom right Suitcase looking icon called <Tools>

Or you can find the Proxy manager the hard way by going into

LG Incite Wifi Setting

connect to "internet"
authentication "open"
encryyption "WEP"
I let it assign it's own IP address

Start -> Settings -> Connections tab
WiFi -> Network Adapters tab
select "The Internet" and then select Broadcom 802.11 DHD Network Adapter

Start -> Programs -> Tools -> Proxy Manager
click on "Disable Proxy" and hit OK

Also, make sure you set the browser Home address to a valid address (otherwise it would complain about a connection loss each time you open the browser)..

If that doesn't help you then your lost.
