Question about Hotpoint NBXR463EBWW Electric Dryer
Very easy. Unplug dryer. Open the door. Remove the two screws that hold the top on. Lift up on the top and pull toward you. Now look from the top down on the left and right side, remove the two screws on each side. You can now pull the front towards you carefully without pulling out the door wires, very simple. Now remove your old belt. Slip your new belt over the drum (see where it fits on drum, it will be worn) and just let it hang. Be careful it is not twisted. Now remove the bottom right side of the panel on the lower back of the dryer (2 screws). With a flashlight make sure you get the belt on the motor and adjustable pulley that moves when you push it towards the motor. This whole process should take about 10 minutes. GE website has pictures if you need it, GE makes Hotpoint!
