Question about Neff 24 in. S5443X2 Built-in Dishwasher
There is no kink in the pipes. all the jets etc. are clear. did come up with salt light so put salt in then came up with rinse aid and sorted that. no lights now come on but still doesn't work any ideas? it is a Bosch Exxcel
There is a heating element in the dishwasher that heats the water to about 155F at which point a thermostat closes and sends power to the timer to advance. If the water does not reach this temp, the dishwasher will not advance. Often the problem lies in a faulty part in the heating circuit like the heating element or the thermostat but you will need a technician to verify.
