Question about Dell 1700n Laser Printer
If you don't have the part already, I'd suggest getting a refurbished unit under warranty, or a newer like-model with a new warranty attached. When you buy a new printer, you get brand new toner and warranty coverage as well. It's really a better deal. The fuser is located at the top of the printer near the exit feeder. I'd recommended contacting Dell if you really want to pursue replacing it.
