How toremove spool ?

Remove the snap-on cap (Orange cap) on the bottom of the unit. Under that is a REEL (no doubt empty) and slide it out. If you have twine, rewind your own; or get fully ready to go spools and insert in the area where you remove the original. You need to Feed the new line (end) through the small hole from inside the spool area to the outer exposed portion of the whipper.

Generally speaking the full spool goeson the L side qand goes across theprint area with the dull side toward the paper. It is easier if you remove the print wheel

Jamming machine

Need a little more info.
When you say "jams" do you mean the machine will not turn over, is there a "tangle" of thread under the material you are sewing and also around the bobbin holder?

How do you swing the second bobbin holder up and place "one bobbin on each of the bobbin holders"? I have a 7570

I presume you want to twin needle sew?

So you need to have two thread spools on pins to do this. Most machines will have two spool pins at the back for this purpose, sometimes they are retractable pins so you would just need to pull the second one up.

or sometimes a seperate pin in the accessory box that you can mount onto a hole somewhere for this purpose.

Rather than buy two reels of thread in the same colour to twin needle sew, you could also wind a second bobbin off (only half full should be plenty), then pop this onto one of the pins and the main thread spool on the other.

Hope this helps you out, I couldn't actually find an image of the back area of this model but most quality machines have two pins as standard.

My machine has just started having a problem where the top thread is getting caught on the bobbin instead of clearing around it. This means I end up with many threads coming up from around the bobbin....

check to see if your needle is bent-roll it on a flat surface to see that it roll good
check to make sure the thread is not coming off the thread take up lever
check in the bobbin area for lint or loose threads
check to make sure the thread is not getting caught on the spool, sometimes the notch on the spool can catch the thread
check to make sure the thread is not winding around the spool pin

How do you replace switch on Epic 6500 vaccum

You may need a ROCKER device for the switch, however before you go there determine if you can hear an audible click when depressing the switch, or if the switch just springs up and down with no click.
A click means a rocker is needed. No click, just springing up and down with an occasional click means the spring attached to the underside of the switch button is fatigued, you need the button and switch mechanism, same location but above the rocker.
Also post the issue. If the lights are on and the vac won't start or stop, the switch is the problem area. If it starts and shuts off with the bag full light on it is more likely the control valve. If no lights come on your problem is in the cord or rewind and could be a failed rewind spool.
The best and genuine switch parts are best found only at an AERUS Elctrolux store
Look for my post from earlier today and you will have full instructions on opening and checking the control valve and the entire unit.
