Re: loses use of flashplayer?
I'm not sure what you are running for "cleaners", but it sounds like your programs are mis-interpreting the registry entries of flashplayer to be an unwanted program. Look in the program's settings for an area where you can allow exceptions, and include flash player in the list. The other thing you might try is not running a registry cleaner, as most of these programs cause more trouble than they do good. If you are using them to make your computer run faster and more reliable, regular disk cleanup and defragmenter use will do more for you than any registry cleaner

First.. install a different antivirus program while you are fixing this installation. Try microsoft security essentials or AVG.
Check your program files folder for any mention of Avast, and delete it.
Run a search for avast and delete anything you find.
Download a registry cleaner, I use CC Cleaner.
Run the cleaner and remove all the files it finds, run the registry cleaner and let it delete all the problems it finds .
IF you want to try with avast again, uninstall the other antivirus program you may have installed. then try with the Avast again
I am sorry to bear bad news in here, but when you lose the key, there is no chance to get a replacement number from the distributor.
If you lose the software serial it is the same as if you lose the whole product.
When that happens you cannot install the software anymore, unless you use one of the illegal pirates serials available on the Internet. But for obvious reasons I will not suggest you going in that direction, the copy won't be genuine, and serials' websites often carry malaware.
