Question about HP Pavilion ze4300 Notebook
I brough my laptop to local compuetr rapir shop becuase ac/dc jack problems, and later I got a phone call and they said "we replaced de jack but is not really your jack is *********** board" and now it does turn on. you need tu replaced a mother board.
It was only the jack losing conection. How come become a mother board problem??
Do yuo have any advise por this problem???
No idea why they fixed the problem then said it is the motherboard. There are times though when the motherboard is actually bad and it does need to be replaced even with replacing the jack. With a motherboard it has to convernt electricity and sometimes the wiring is fried or bad. But if it works then let it run, if not, I would take it some where else and have another company check to make sure that they did not melt the board causing it to be a board problem
