Victor. The prewash flashing is indicating a water fill issue. Rinse uses cold water only. check for clogged inlet screen on the cold water valve, and check if there is a screen on the supply valve also. If the inlet screen is all clogged up at the valve on the washer, you can clean it with a little windex and an old soft tooth brush. gently brush away any sediment or debris. If no filters are clogged, you will need to replace the fill valve assembley.
Hi Yugin. That indicates your machines water inlet valve is faulty.(Means it's taking less water then normal)Please check this steps & do it fast before water inlet is finishes:1-Turn your machine on & run empty with pre-wash cycle first.2-Please ajar the detergent drawer & check runing water on compartment one 3-Please press pre-wash button & compare the running water volume on compartment two.If the running water volume 1 is less then 2 or vs.water valve needs to be replace. That's causing problem.I hope that helps.Thanks.
It is a long fill error. It flashes when the machine control board detected no change in the water level or the water level is not reached in a certain period of time during the fill cycle. Water is probably not entering the tub due to the water inlet valve not functioning or water enters the tub but not properly due to clogged fill hose screens.
Press the Pause/Cancel button to clear the error on the display. Remove the fill hoses from the water inlet valve assembly at the back of the machine and check the screens. Clean the screens and replace it if necessary. Make sure that the water supply valve is open and water is present.
Put the machine in standby mode (only the Clothes Clean indicator is on) and activate the Manual Diagnostic Test Mode to check the operation of the water inlet valve.
Select any one button except Power, Stop, and Stop.
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds-->Release the button for 3 seconds--> Press and hold the button for 3 seconds-->Release the button for 3 seconds--> Press and hold the button for 3 seconds
Press the same button when all indicators on the console are illuminated and "88" is displayed on the Estimated Time Remaining display. A single beep sounds and display shows the two digit console ID number for 3 seconds. The displayed ID number will change to "00" and the Add a Garment indicator will flash.
Select Whitest Whites cycle.
Press Start>Wash/Rinse Temp. The water inlet valve should turn on and fill the tub according to the Wash/Rinse Temp selection.
Press Start to turn off the valve.
Press Stop or Power button to exit diagnostic test mode.
You might have to take the pump off and clean out the debris in the line theres probably lint, change and other things in the line. Take the lines off and run a piece of wire through the lines to make sure their clear.
Have you actually tried to pump water out, if you select a drain only position or drain and spin ,and hold the drain hose into a bucket or into the sink, you should see water pump out.
If it does not ,then you have a blockage somewhere, or your pump is faulty, assuming of course that the pump is getting power.
Plz leave feedback.
