Question about Dell 1710n Laser Printer
If reseting the unit power the reset button does not work then try to unplug it for 60 seconds. Also to your question are you trying to find out what the error code means or what is exactly wrong? If you just replaced your drum then I would uninstall it and reinstall it again to make sure that it is sitting in there correctly. Sometimes you may think it is and it is not seated right
