Question about HP Computers & Internet
I have a error code A0 followed by a error code 90. I have tried to open the case and uninstall e reinstall each carrier on the autoloader belt. But it did not solve the problem. Any suggestion?
I have the same problem with HP StorageWorks ultrium autoloader 1/8. Same error codes "A0" and "90". Dismounting the case and removing tapes and cartridges, then placing them back did not resolve it. I wonder if this could be a problem of the mechanical sensor?
NO PC stated, it has a HP name, like DV6-12345,
no OS stated, XP , w7 , w8 or w10. we can not guess OS, ever.
start a post by telling the helper what is in your hands.
we cant look for you, you must tell it.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The library picker arm cannot move to the home position. There could be something blocking it. Try the Reset option from the Configuration menu. This is detailed in the library user guide.
