Did you first try and dump the waste toner out of the waste toner bottle? If so it never completly gets empty. It is compacted at the end where the opening is. When the mach fires up the gears that drive the waste bottle break.

Where does oki c9500 waste toner box located

Your printer does not have a waste toner bottle. Waste toner is stored within the transfer belt. When full it will give you an error indicating its time for a new transfer belt.

Oki error 929

Remove the toner waste bottle, clean out the whole box and duct work. While there clean out the whole unit. Restart the unit by unplugging it and hopefully it will be ok. Sometimes the power board goes but hope for the best.

Indication is INK TONER WASTE BOX FULL Not sure what to do, if any thing? Al

You need to replace the waste toner collection bottle. The waste toner bottle has to be replaced every 30,000 Letter pages on average. Order part number 42869401. The directions will come with the replacement unit. Remove and dispose of the old waste toner carefully.

Manuals for the C9600 series printers are available from OkiData: http://my.okidata.com/PP-C9600hdn.nsf?opendatabase . You can order the waste toner bottle for $14 from OKI here: http://esales.okidata.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Section_Id=5001&pcount=1&Product_Id=1102864 . Other online vendors have the part as well.

I hope this helps.

I have an Oki ES3640 Pro, the problem is that there's an error message on the front display saying "Replace waste toner box, waste toner full" but it isn't full, I put a new one in last week!...

1. Turn machine on while pushing and holding the TWO up/down menu buttons at same time.
2. Menu window will show "OKI USER"
3. Scroll to " Engine Dialog Mode" is indicated. Push Enter button.
4. "Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated.
5. Scroll to "NV-Ram initial" is indicated. Push ENTER.
6. Window shows "NV-Ram- Initial Table 1".
7. Push ONLINE and ENTER Buttons simultaneously and HOLD for 10 seconds after you see "Executing Reset" appear in menu window.
8. Restart printer.

All toner, drum, fuser and transfer figures return to 100%.

What is error 357 waste tuner box is full okidata c9800

The printer always puts out a little more of each color toner than is actually needed in printing. The excess gets dumped into the waste toner bottle.

The replacement part number for this printer is 42869401 and should last 30,000 pages. Order one from an OKI service center and it will come with the replacement directions.

I hope this helps.
