Contact Symantec by phone. To do this you need to create a support ticket before contacting Symantec. During the creation of the ticket you can choose if you want to call Symantec, or if they will call you. To create the ticket, go here:
Then click the link with the text, "Click here to call us." Afterward you can set up your support ticket. Just make sure that in the field labeled, "We can help you with one of the following:" you select, "Norton product subscriptions."
Once you get on the line with a representative you will need to provide proof of purchase (order form), probably your home phone number, and your mailing address. Afterward the representative will continue down the road of awarding you the refund.
