Hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? not open or no boot. If it doesn't boot or power on and no prsence of current on your pc. The main problem is motherboard. it may be no current is running on the board.because the supply chord was lost or not enough supply to make the motherboard execute.check if your power cable 16 pins is connected and the 4 pins 12 volts power support.if it loosen thats the problem. Sometimes the compatibility of your processor and the mainboard is needed.if both of these is for the first time check the compatibility of the mainboard and the processor in your support manual. good luck!

These are all contained in the users manual. If you don't have one go to Mercury website and download it.
The set of pins for the power switch etc are on the front left corner of the motherboard if you are looking at the board with the ports/vga/keyboard to the back. Hope this helps.

Assuming that the computer is laying down on it's right side, and you are viewing the F panel (the front panel header) from the right side of the motherboard (the bottom of the computer), pin 1 is on the bottom left of the F panel, pin 2 is on the top left, pin 9 is on the lower right, and pin 10 is on the top right (no actual pin)...
1 HD_LED_P Hard disk LED (+) 2 FP PWR/SLP *MSG LED (+)
3 HD_LED_N Hard disk LED (-)
5 RST_SW_N Reset Switch (-)
7 RST_SW_P Reset Switch (+)
9 RSVD Reserved
4 FP PWR/SLP *MSG LED (-)
6 PWR_SW_P Power Switch (+)
8 PWR_SW_N Power Switch (-)
10 Key No pin
Usually the wires and the pins are color coded, (the colored ones being positive.) Sometimes the connections are written in very small abbreviations on the motherboard.
