Unless you are using a BES Server and have spoken to your IT Dept. the only possible way for a personal BB is this but you will have to spend time working on each message one by one.
Select the Search icon on your BB and do a search of your deleted messages if you can remember anything in the title or content of the message and if found, copy the message and forward it to another address ie your own email account.
You cannot forward deleted messages directly from the search.
You have to open the message, copy the content, then switch to create a new email message, paste the content, enter your forwarding email address in the to: field, type a subject and then you can send.
the solution for your emails getting deleted plz first chk the memory, and then chk the autoageing and set that to FOREVER. chk the size of the mail box, it cannot have more than 900 mails. and finaly chk weather the mail delivery on the system is to the inbox or not if it is not then make it to inbox
This was a problem that perplexed me for a while too. Ultimately I learned that the curve has several different folders for different email addresses. This also includes a message folder for all messages. First go to the Home Screen and press the menu / Blackberry button. Select "Show All". Now scroll through until you see the offending folder indicating there is a message there. Delete that message and you should be back to normal. My problem had been a saved unread message in the saved messages folder that wasn't being displayed initially. That should take care of your problem!
I'm pretty sure once you delete them they are gone. I you have synced your phone lately you may have a file on your computer, but that depends on how you set up your preferences and what you told the program to save. If you have synced your phone....don't hook it up before you check your computer or it will sync your computer the same way as your phone.....without the message you are trying to receive
