hi, are you asking the correct question?

MS-Outlook doesn't have a logout button. you simply just close the program.

You can protect your mails from others by security feature in outlook
Just go to the file menu - identities - manage identities
Click on properties & put a password
Whenever you open outlook you have to enter password to see mails

I want to know how to signout outlook.if u know any one give me answer plz...............................................................................

On the upper right hand corner click the little 'red X' and close the window or disconnect from the internet either one will disconnect from the Email server
Outlook is a 'program' where there is no "login/logout" for "Outlook or Express" just the email servers it only connects to your email server when you are online and open outlook unless you click on "tools>accounts>(your_account)>properties" and then on the 'server' tab uncheck the box for "remember my password" but once you sign in You still have to close Outlook to disconnect from the server.

In short when you close the Outlook windows or disconnect from the internet means you have logout from your Email account.

Hope it helps.

I dont know how to sign out microsoft outlook, could u please tell me how to go through?

Sorry but there is no logout feature on Outlook. However, you can create multiple email profiles so other people that uses your computer can only access their own mails. Here is the complete guide to do that. [support.microsoft]

I have microsoft outlook 2002 and i dont know the password, can i set up a new password without knowing the old password?

You'll need to check the "Accounts" settings, most likely under "Tools" from the menu bar. This is where the EMail accounts are setup up for your Internet Service Provider. Make sure you don't have 2 or more accounts with the same server name, user name, and passwords.
This link explains why:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281791

Check with your Internet Service Provider if you forgot your email name and/or password to have them reset it. Then make sure to put the correct info into your Outlook "Accounts" to get your email.

I can't update microsoft outlook connector, I opened microsoft outlook and it requires this update.(I use this to read my hotmail messages on outlook) The error message from microsoft outlook connector...

Try to update it in safemode (press F8 at bootscreen until "Start in safemode shows, safemode with network if you dont have the update-file on your computer).

Or you press ctrl+alt+del and klick the process-tab. When you have all running processes shown, try to find which one is for Outlook and turn it off.
I don't use outlook so I don't know the name, but try the ones you think, worst thing that can happen is that you have to restart your PC.
