Question about Dell V305w All-In-One R840635AU InkJet Printer
I´ll try to give you a hand.
I think you should check some things in your operative sistem and PC configuration, here they go below:
1) The cable is in bad conditions.
2) Turn "on" the printer.
3) Type of connection; ¿USB or Printer port? ¡Check the connection and its fuctionability!
4) Drivers (controllers) that you are using. ¿Are the original and or functional ones? Go to Control panel>Sistem>Hardware tab>Administration of dispositives ("administrador de dispositivos" in spanish, sorry! -is the first tab in the dialog box.) Once there check the ports and or the controlers; if there´s an exclamation sign click over it and see what it says, you can run the automatic search of controllers made by the OS or you can choose them manually. However this, I recommend you install directly from the manufacturer, the ones compatible with your OS (Windows, Mac, Linux, whatever...)
5) Contact the vendor, by the way you should provide more data -like the OS you have, the name of the product, drivers version, type of connection.
