My phone froze and would not even turn off, so I removed the battery for a while. I have now put it all back together but it will not switch on at all, I know it is charged up etc as I did that early in the day. Any ideas!

remove the battery then insert it again and then put the charger plug into your phone then press the power switch. Then phone will be turned on but only white screen, don't worry if this situation has done. Leave the phone for while it will turn on completely after few minutes.
If the phone will not turned on ( the screen will not go white) then go to service center they will update your phone's firmware.
First thing to do is check to make sure nothing is between the battery and the phone, like dust for example. After that, plug the phone into the charger and see if it will turn on. If it turns on, it is the battery. If it does not turn on, and the charger is working properly, it is the phone. Good luck.
try this :
This works on most mini electronic devices like cellular phones and degital cameras etc .
it sounds crazy .
Remove the back (or Cover ) of the phone( or Camera ), battery, and SIM if your phone ( or Device ) uses one , DIRECTLY
Then, with a q-tip (or something similar), dab the connection points (shiny, goldish) on the battery, SIM, and phone. This should aid in drying.
Finally, place all contents in a bag of uncooked rice (separately, do not put back together just yet). it sounds crazy , but it draws the moisture out.
It normally is working after just 7-8 hours, but I would wait 12 hours or even 24 hours before attempting to use (just to be sure).
beware the water damage, despite being dry now, will void any warranties. Also, the phone's hardware is now weakened and if you drop it, the green mother board and circuitry could shatter - so be more careful.
This does work on electronic devices aside from phones as well. Simply tailor it to your device. If you do not have a SIM (Verizon phones, cameras, all others), remove only the battery. If you have an iPhone/iPod or GPS and cannot remove the battery, simply make sure it is all the way off, then put it in the rice bag. All electronic devices react the same to the rice trick.

My friend had experienced the same problem with her SEK810i. We both bought the K810i last year. Mine is working perfectly fine. but hers suddenly froze, and she cannot even see the phone menu. we tried to go to a service center but they couldn't fix it. So she just bought a new phone. also fro the SE phone collections.
my phone froze and i attenpted to turn it off several times, after trying and not getting a response i took out the battery pack and placed it back in and turned the phone back on. after turning the phone back on it kept freezing a
Sure. This involves taking the phone apart. Fortunately, it isn't difficult. Go to "mytreo.net, and find the BUZZ FIX. It will give you instructions with photos of how to open your 600 and perform the BUZZ FIX. Do that while you have the phone open.
You will disconnect the battery in that process. Carefully lift the board that the battery is mounted on and this will expose the KEYPAD. Remove it, clean the keypad, and the pressure contacts below it -- carefully with a Q-tip and a little water and perhaps a little alcohol.
Put the keypad back in place. Put the board back in place. Reconnect the battery after performing the BUZZ FIX (you may as well do it while you have the unit apart because you will have the buzz sooner or later).
Put the case back together. Tighten the screws. Turn the unit on and make a call. If it doesn't work then you are in trouble.
