Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer
When printing, a piece of paper got stuck in the feeder at the top - I pulled the paper out and it ripped and I can't get to the paper in the back. Is there anyway to take this thing apart to get that paper out?
I had the same problem and this worked, although it is not the answer to your question:
Take a standard manila file folder and cut it to the basic shape of a standard piece of paper. When you lift the top cover on the under side you will see a diagram on how to pull the paper out in the case of a paper jam. Feed you file folder up from the bottom and you will ~ with a little work, more than likely be able to clear the jam.
