Hello, I cannot download videos on to my insignea mp3/video player every time i download a song it works but if i download a video it says on my mp3, the name of the video or a blank space and i try goin to it and it skips to the begining video, it use to work fine when i first had it but now i can only download songs, may i have some help?

One possible cause for this is improper format of the video file. I just got an Insignia Pilot, and the player is very specific as to the format of the video files it will play. I'd recommend taking the video files you want to add, and converting them using the Arcsoft Media software that came with the player. I have to run all of my video files through the conversion process before the player will recognize them. Hope this helps!
