Hi Dear. Reinstall Ethernet drivers from Device Manager. You can download BroadCom BCM5701 driver from http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtreme_server.php

I have asus p4pe x/se and installed a 32bit windows 7 ultimate ./ i need ethernet drivers plz some help ?

Asus doesn't list any windows 7 Drivers for this board and
Broadcom says of the windows 7 Driver for this series:
This driver does not support BCM5700, BCM5701 and BCM5702 devices. To use these devices under Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows 7, please use the XP or Win2K3 driver above.

So here is the link to grab the Windows XP/2K3 drivers: Good luck!
